Made with sawdust and tamarind seed paste, this Cheriyal mask set of a rural couple is handcrafted by artisans from Telangana. Many centuries ago, when native storytellers used Cheriyal scroll paintings as visual references during their recitals, these masks served as additional props to further aid the audience’s imagination. Representing a rich heritage, this set of two masks is sure to add a distinct flavor to your home.
