Russian Zagreb chess pieces set is one of the most popular chess sets in the '50s and '60s of the twentieth century that was used in the most important chess tournaments around the world, among others, in Candidates Tournament which took place in 1959, in three cities belonging to Yugoslavia - Bled, Belgrade and Zagreb.
All chess pieces are Weighted by adding a stud of iron within the base.
