Kondapalli is a village around the outskirts of Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh. This village is famous for wood crafts which are famous all around the world. These are handcrafted artworks prepared with a variety of wood called “Tella Poniki,” which is available only in the hilly forests of Kondapalli. The local artisans collect, craft, and paint the raw material with the utmost care.
